Before & after
Booking policies
- A $20 deposit by Zelle (929-343-0970) holds your time and goes toward your service.
- Reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours ahead to keep your deposit.
- More than 15 minutes late may mean a shorter service or a reschedule.
- Refills are for up to 3 weeks. After 4 weeks, a new full set is needed.
- Please come alone. The studio fits one client at a time.
Come prepared
- Arrive with clean eyes and no mascara or eye makeup.
- Skip caffeine beforehand so it's easier to relax.
- Wear glasses instead of contacts if you can.
- Bring inspo photos of the look you want.
Aftercare
- Keep lashes dry for the first 24 hours.
- Wash them every day with lash foam, then brush them out.
- Avoid oil-based cleansers and makeup around the eyes.
- Don't pick, pull or use a lash curler.
- Book a refill every 2–3 weeks.
Questions
Which set should I get if this is my first time?
Start with a Classic or Hybrid. Both look natural, feel light and are easy to care for. You can build up to volume or wispy at your next appointment.
What is the doll eye effect?
The longest lashes sit in the center of the eye instead of the outer corner. It opens the eye up and gives a rounder, wide-awake look.
How long do lash extensions last?
Extensions shed with your natural lashes, usually over 3 to 4 weeks. Refills every 2 to 3 weeks keep them looking full.
Do extensions damage your natural lashes?
Not when they're applied correctly. Each extension is matched to the strength of the natural lash it sits on, and good aftercare keeps them healthy.
What if I have sensitive eyes or allergies?
Mention it when you book. A patch test can be done a couple of days before your appointment.
